My name is Geuyle lafaille interface modeling is the biggest scam going around in south florida and New Jersey and I don't believe how this beautiful country can allow their own people to be getting ripp off and allow this company to go on doing it. I've call them plenty of time they won't return my phone calls they close down the office and you have their own agent stating that if I had a problem than sue them and hung up the phone on my face.

This is so TRUE. I also signed up because I was approached at Cherry Hill Mall where they did got my daughters hopes up high of becoming a model for magazines, set her up for castings and to become a Disney Channel superstar excetera excetera and I spend about $3,000 and my daughter still don't have a contract with nobody so they are ripping off families It is so sad especially for the state of a child's mind. Up to this date my daughter keeps asking me if any agency has called her in for a casting or modeling and I signed up with INTERFACE when she was 5 years old she's now 7. Never again I will NOT trust any agencies. So my friends read this and be on the lookout Don't believe when they Tell you they will make your child is super star .

They misrepresented themselves and their services. We were misled to believe we would have an account rep contacting us about potential audition opportunities with check-ins as needed. They took our daughters  social security number and we never heard back after they promised us more information about an upcoming audition opportunity. We were concerned that they had her Social Security number and contacted them countless times, only to get a recording that agents were busy. We left voice messages and they still owe us one more set of pictures. I called on 8/17/15 to book the photo shoot just to have up-to-date pictures for personal use and the number was out of order. Why am I not surprised? They owe us pictures and a ton of money. I'm outraged.

I recently had the same issue with Interface. My daughter took my grandson to the Gaithersburg,MD location. Once we learned of their fraudulent practices, we cancelled our contract via certified mail in 2 days. It has been 45 days and a letter and several phone calls has not resulted in our $775 refund. We have since filed a complaint with the state of MD and plan to sue if we do not get our money back. I'm appalled that they are allowed to continue operating in any state.
